Today, the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids teamed with the Creston Neighborhood Association and WMEAC and passed out free CFL light bulbs to Creston Neighbors. In three hours, they passed out a whopping 960 light bulbs! These bulbs will help reduce the carbon footprint that lighting your house can leave and will help reduce electricity bills. The Red Cross workers also chose to do this on the hottest day of the year (90 degrees). Thank you so much team, your efforts are greatly appreciated
