Creston Neighborhood Association would like to congratulate Ruth Kelly on being selected the 2nd Ward’s New Commissioner! Kelly will be replacing David Legrand who vacated the seat to run for state senate. CNA is excited to have Ruth advocate for our neighbors and their needs in the City Commission. Her deep roots and knowledge of our community are very valuable and we are appreciatative of her willingness to serve our community with her leadership.
