Members of the Creston Neighborhood Association will vote on an amendment to the bylaws at the Annual Meeting on October 26. The proposed amendment allows for two things: it expands check disbursement to include the use of electronic checks, and it allows CNA to communicate to members proposed bylaw amendments by electronic notification.
